Boston, MA (March 10, 2015) – It was announced today that recording artist, Kendoll King, will independently release his debut EP, Carry Me Home, available for immediate download. Kendoll King is an accomplished singer, songwriter, and producer helming from Boston’s respected Berklee College of Music. Carry Me Home is a collection of well-thought-out pop melodies, R&B vocal arrangements, and high-energy dance production. Curated and recorded out of his home studio, Carry Me Home was a test of artistry as King realized his vision, single-handedly writing and producing the project in its entirety.

From musical theatre, to fronting an alternative rock band, Kendoll King proved to be multidimensional, eventually finding a home in pop music. Drawing from childhood inspirations Michael Jackson and Madonna, Carry Me Home was consciously created with the goal of modernizing the classic pop sounds from the early 2000s (i.e. Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Christina Aguilera, etc). “Having written and performed many genres of music, I’ve been able to draw from a variety of influences in my work,” said King. He added, “The early 2000s is a very nostalgic time in music, specifically for my generation. The big, memorable choruses mixed with the melodic complexities have a way of taking you back to being carefree, young, and in love. I really wanted to bring that spirit back to music.”

Carry Me Home is digitally available for download on iTunes and to stream on Spotify. For more information on Kendoll King and upcoming projects, please visit www.kendollking.com, as well as Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram.
